 · Workshop subs not downloading As the title states, I have subscribed to a few mods, but the game wont download them. When I press the workshop button ingame, I just get transported to the workshop site on steam, where I can download mods.  · - Select "Cloud", then check-mark "Enable Steam Cloud synchronization", then press "OK" - Navigate to the Steam Library - Right-click "Europa Universalis IV" "Properties" "Updates" - Check-mark "Enable Steam Cloud synchronization for Europa Universalis IV" - Re-test the issue and see if you can download and use the Workshop mods.

Except that the mods are showing up as installed in the launcher, but do not actually show up in the documents/mod folder and dont work in game. Its the exact same number that shows up in the URL on the stem workshop page.

Prefixing the file with "" or "!" is necessary for some reason.
